Single Image Sizing:

Measurements are based on the longest side of each image. The longest side will be 11 inches unless otherwise noted. Make sure to understand sizing before ordering. Refunds are not issued due to not understanding sizing.

The Builder/ Gang Sheets/ TT Singles

Customer is responsible for making sure all images are correct. Reprints are not offered due to customer error. We do not check orders for error prior to printing.

Customer is responsible for the quality and for removing background of any personal images you submit. We do not check the quality and background before printing. We do not offer reprints for low quality images or images printed with a background. There is a background removal tool in the builder and additional designer tools in the builder. Customers can use these tools at their own risk.

Customer is responsible for making sure images are not cut off the builder or spaced too close together.

DTF does not print glow effects well such as transparent flames, clouds, etc. No refund will be offered if your personal images do not print as expected because it includes these elements or something to a similar effect.

Shipping Protection:

Refunds or replacements are not issued due to lost, stolen, damaged, or late packages. Add the optional 3rd party Route shipping protection to your order to protect your items during transit. All Claims must be filed through Route. We are not associated with Route.

Color Accuracy:

Refunds or replacements are not issued due to color accuracy. We suggest ordering a small sample order to ensure the colors print out as expected before placing a large order.

Cancelation

Orders can be canceled if it has not been printed yet. There is a 15% cancelation fee

Order Add On

Orders cannot be combine to save on shipping. Additional items cannot be added once an order is submitted. Another order must be placed to order more items.
